Now, due to the ineptitude of the Port Commission not staying on top of the paperwork to get proper items filed on time, the tentative completion date is 2005. We have been waiting since 1997 and the money was appropriated ($750,000) by the IAC in 1996. Does this money accrue interest? It is supposedly in a trust account of some kind, so how much is it worth now? --Reeldoc
